Frequently Asked Questions

If you ordered your shears online, you should receive an email within 48 hours with tracking information. 

If you ordered your shears in your school or salon, shipping may take up to 10 business days.  We do except payment plans, but this will delay shipment of your shears until your payment plan has been completed.  

If you would like to pay your shears off early, please contact us by phone or by email at accounting@iconshears.com.

During the first 60 days, we will allow you to exchange your shears with a new pair. After 60 days, we will not honor an exchange.

Contact us to set up an appointment with a Shear Guide, or our select your new shears off the bokharishears.com website. You will have to send your trade shears to us before we are able to get the new ones to you.

For the first year after purchase, we will sharpen your shears at any time. Contact us for instructions on how to send our Warranty Center.

We recommend that you send your shears into us for service each time. Your shears have one year free sharpening from the date of purchase. At our service center, we have multiple machines to work on shears.

We have clients call us often with shears a sharpener has damaged. We do, in every possible opportunity, try to restore these shears. There will be an hourly charge to repair the shears. But, please call us. We want you to be able to use your tools.
